It is still Monday on the California Coast, so I am telling myself I am good! Today was a busy day, photo shoot, deliveries, sourcing furniture….and of course, my sweet kids. However, I have so many great Pillow Pile Ups, I am determined to get this done, every Monday. One of my clients turned me onto Amara, a cool online shop for all things home. We are in the process of sourcing items to update her Northern Coastal beach rental. She is wanting a polished look, with a not too serious feel. Amara is an awesome site for this endeavor. We are having so much fun.
Of course, the Porzia Bedding, from Missoni Home, fits the bill. What I love about how they staged this bed, is with lots of pillows, that you do not have to take off your bed to go to sleep. So many clients ask me what to do with the decorative pillows on their bed. If you do not have a place to put decorative pillows or are too tired or busy to put them on and take them off, (Yes, my kids were young once, and just pulling the duvet cover up daily was a sweet victory for me:)), then do not have decorative pillows in the bedroom. Instead have a bunch of regular sleeping pillows that you can snuggle up with, build forts or just pile up. Your bed will always look made. Or maybe this is what I told myself, it worked!
